Returns & Refunds Policy

At AestheticSpace.uk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@aestheticspace.uk with:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. A short video or photos showing the defect/damage

Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund immediately, without requiring you to return the damaged item in most cases.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return for any other reason, please contact our support team at support@aestheticspace.uk.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during clearout sales or promotional giveaways.

  • Gift cards.
